So I was at Target 2 days ago, searching the dollar section for any good deals that I could pick up. Not expecting much when all of a sudden, lo and behold there sat a child hood memoir that jumped out to my ever-searching eyes: Jelly Shoes! I couldn't believe it! How could such an awesome shoe disappear of the face of the earth, only to resurface itself in my favorite store? At $2.50 a piece, how could I pass up the opportunity to become the new proud owner of a timeless classic pair of comfortable, air-efficient, brighter green than any human being has ever seen, wearable for any occasion and might I say with ANYTHING-shoes? So for all of those who care to own a piece of history, make sure you hit up your local Target. And believe me when I say I wear these shoes EVERYWHERE!

I got my first pair in 5th grade and I was the only one who had them for a while (a trend setter I was) and then the masses started to buy and wear within a few months. Loves them. Thanks for the memory.
I am so going to stock up on those. I knew they'd be back one day! The best is getting a sunburn while wearing those -- nice marks.
