Happy Anniversary

How did I get so lucky? I don't know, but I thank Heavenly Father every day for the man I married! He is so wonderful and I don't think that there is anyone else out there for me besides Logan! The last two years have been adventurous and wonderful! I wouldn't change a thing about them and I look forward to celebrating many more anniversaries with Logan! If you couldn't tell by now, I'm crazy about you, Logan! I love you soooo much!

You could say we are having a good time...and you would be right! We are loving it here! Cache is doing better at sleeping....he had a rough time at first, but now we are down to waking up just once during the night. Hopefully soon enough we will be back to waking up 0 times during the night! We are finally in our 2 bedroom apartment and we LOVE IT! It's very spacious, so if any of you want to come visit we have bunkbeds and all we charge is babysitting, hehe! We have been hanging out a lot with our friends, the Poulters....we went to Turtle Bay with them! Everything is going great...school is awesome and we cannot wait till it stops raining! Hopefully by Sunday we will get some sunshine! Oh Ps...my phone is back on again! Love you all, miss you all!

Stolen phone...

Happy Birthday (16th)..I am so happy that you were born onto this earth because I chose you to be my mother! How grateful I am to have a mother that loves me as much as you do, who never ceases to amaze me, and whom I love more than words can even articulate! Happy Birthday from us, the Calkins who cannot wait for the day that we see you again!

We are finally here...all in one piece...suprisingly! We had quite the day getting here...4 pieces of luggage, a guitar, stroller, car seat, carry on luggage, back pack and baby in tote. When we finally got here, my phone dropped out of the stroller when Logan was folding it up to get on the rental car tram. We called the phone and the guy picked up and said he would leave it at his rental place, sure enough, it wasn't there and we tried several times to call my phone which had eventually been turned off. I cried because I lost a lot of pictures of Cache and Logan that I wish I had...the phone is replaceable, but the pics aren't. Anyways, finally we got to the rental place and it took 2 hours to get our car...they couldn't find the keys to our car so we ended up with a mini van (which we didn't want) but yet, it has been a blessing having it to pack food and things for our apartment in. We love were we live...right on the beach, view is beautiful...one problem, Cache is still on CA time so he wakes up at 4:30 am! We went down to town today and surfed with our friends, the Poulters. We had a really good time with them and we are happy that they are here too! Anyways, we have yet to move into our final apartment...right now we are just in a studio, but tomorrow is supposed to be the day!

What Can I Say...

Sorry it's been ever so long since my last post. We have been doing a lot...packing, shopping, doctor appointments, and getting everything in order to move. Cache is now 6 1/2 months old and he is getting so big. We learned at our last appointment that Cache is now 20 lbs and 28 1/2 in long...we were very surprised. But he is doing so well! He is now eating rice cereal, some fruits and vegetables, crackers, and sometimes bread. He doesn't take a bottle very well which stinks because I will need to leave him 3 times a week in order to go to class, but suprisingly he drinks out of a cup very well! So we shall see. We leave in approximately 1 week and 2 days! We are so excited to get to Hawaii and get started with work and school. So here are some pictures of mostly Cache and how big he is getting. He is such a joy...he laughs ALL of the time and watches his Baby Einstein movies and loves them! He is amazing!
